How does made to order work?
Every abaya is made for you. Choose your size and length, or send us your own measurements. One tailor makes your piece from start to finish, and a matching scarf comes with every abaya. Most orders are ready in five to seven working days, and sometimes sooner.
What is Ready to Wear?
Ready to Wear pieces are made in set sizes, so there is no wait. They ship the same day or the next day, anywhere in the world. In Dubai they arrive within two hours.
How do I choose my size and length?
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 194 7377 and we will guide you. In Dubai we also come to your home or hotel, and you are always welcome in our store at Alserkal Avenue.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free worldwide. Once your piece is ready: Dubai, the same day. Rest of the UAE, the next day. GCC, one to three days with DHL Express. Everywhere else, three to five working days. Customs charges depend on your country.
Can I exchange or return a piece?
Yes. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. Ready to Wear and standard sizes are refunded in full. Pieces made to your size are credited to your CHI-KA account, so you can choose again. Pieces with approved design changes, and one-of-a-kind kimonos and kaftans, are final sale. Pieces must be unworn, with tags. Return shipping is at your cost, AED 100 per item. How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also pay in four instalments with Tabby, with no interest and no fees, or by bank transfer.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track your orders and request an exchange or return.
Is it safe to order online from you?
Yes. CHI-KA is registered with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, and every payment is processed securely by Stripe.
