We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days to contact us for return with a full refund, store credit or to exchange it for another item from our catalogue. For urgent, custom orders and unique (one of a kind pieces) all sales are final.
We’ll give you a full refund or store credit (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges, minus shipping costs if it wasn't our mistake) by the same method you used to pay. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. Please note that items bought online can be returned or exchanged in our store in Dubai.
How to return or exchange
- Contact us via email (support@chikakcollection.com) or by the phone/whatsapp +971 52 194 7377.
- Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and ship it to our address.
- To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that you use shipping with tracking. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.
- You can expect to receive a store credit within 3 days of us receiving the package. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
Please try items on with care
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition and clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains) - unworn - unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Card Payments
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 15 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
